no more indie songs..

phew.. yeah finally it's all over.. no more indie songs, no more weird tempo.. end of torturous practices for the moment..

shall not rant on the bad things of this concert, if not it would be endless.. but one thing i'm utterly sad and worried about, the harp fell onto the ground once! my god.. the harp leh!! such a big and expensive instrument, and it doesn't belong to the orchestra somemore.. oh manz.. it's ok if it went off-tune, because it could be tuned back.. but there was a crack!! arhh!! A CRACK!! how?!? i had no idea how the harp fell, and whose fault, but i don't think anyone would wish that to happen.. i'm going to cry if they demand compensation (which i think there's a high possibility).. *sobz*

ok.. enough..

i guess we know how to entertain ourselves, instead of worrying how bad our skills are.. gossiping about people, discussing the fanciful clothes and hair and the super-high heels of Mao Hui Ru.. haha.. and taking pictures.. =)

and first time styling my hair for the concert, to suit the new bright-red costume.. people say i looked cute.. i think so too.. muahaha.. =P

pictures pictures!! =) (haha.. nonoy's favourite phrase too.. haha)

before the hair change..

after the styling..

with flowers from Li Hai Lang lao shi.. =)

with Seetoh lao shi.. he said i look nice.. but like a bride.. boo..

with Li Hai Lang lao shi.. he's a real cute guy.. haha..

the heavenly-Subramaniam.. he has his aura.. i hope i won't see him in my dreams again.. haa..

the *ahem* 'pretty' Mao Hui Ru..

well, it was really a big pleasure to be able to work with all these wonderful musicians, which i consider it to be a real rare opportunity.. actually the fusion of indian music with chinese instruments actually sound quite nice.. the indian-ish rhythms can actually make you shake your head like an indian.. haha.. just that the music sounds more like chromatic scales to me, and i don't think i would want to play that again in the near future.. haha.. and listening to Subramaniam playing his 5-string violin (yes, i must emphasize this.. ) together with his 2 other percussionists really put us in no position for comparison.. haiz.. seeing Zhu Lin playing this tough music on erhu is also another 'wah~' moment..

but anyway, it's all over, time for a break.. and right now.. time to sleep.. *yawnzz*
