harp lesson..

ouch.. my knees and fingers hurt.. first time practising and learning the harp, explains why my fingertips are so red and painful.. although playing the harp seems like a graceful thing, but then.. it's so damn heavy, and having to use my knees and right shoulder to support that instrument cause aches and pain.. luckily the teacher is nice.. and so now i advanced from the stage of learning plucking the strings one at a time to the stage of playing arppegios (if you know what that means)..

aiya.. but damn tired today lar.. think i was too high yesterday..

this is going to be my new love.. =)

yeah.. i'm going to learn the harp!! haha.. managed to gather some courage to ask the teacher teaching the harp in the orchestra if she was willing to accept any new students.. and she gladly accepted my request!! haha.. initially i was scared of being rejected.. but since now i can learn the harp, so i have to put in extra time and effort.. which means, i'm getting busier!! haha..

and so from this coming week onwards, my saturday mornings are going to be filled with melodious music from the harp.. eer.. that's when i have mastered it, of course.. hehe..

chocolate fondue again!

yeah.. it's the choco fondue from SWISS CULTURE, at suntec =).. it was damn nice.. much much better than the one at anderson's ice-cream.. heh.. the serving is definitely larger, and the chocolate is in liquid state.. not coagulating at all.. haa.. are you guys drooling yet?? =P

it was great seeing huijie, aline and waipeng again.. haha.. especially "little tiger".. haha.. really long time no see.. huijie!! must jia you for ya prelims and the coming A levels k?? and ya art coursework too.. =) everything will be over soon!! *pats on your shoulder*

ooh.. i am getting stressed too.. realised that there are tests next week.. and i am not getting my engine starting yet.. die lar..

chocolate-coated ice cream mooncake..

guess what.. my dad was again trying new stuff in his haven kitchen.. and the product of the day is... chocolate-coated ice cream mooncake.. whaha.. just like those sold in swensons.. but then.. the chocolate tasted weird.. ahem.. haha.. but there are some presentable ones still.. so it wasn't a total flop.. =P
